5. Newsletter tracking
The newsletter from Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH contains so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature image that is embedded in such e-mails, which are sent in HTML format, to make it possible to create and ana-lyze a log file; the log files are saved at Newsletter2Go GmbH. In this way it is possible to undertake a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns.
